We roast and ship all of our coffees daily, unlike many roasters, who may just pick a particular day to roast each variety. They may store the roasted coffee for weeks at a time while waiting on orders to come in.  We roast in small enough batches to guarantee that every bag of coffee that you order is an “On Demand Roast” roasted on the day of your order. If the order is received after 11 am [EST] or on a Sunday, then it is roasted and shipped the very next business day.  

We work hard to source and only offer the finest coffee beans currently available in the world, but that also means that it is a limited supply from micro lots. We select and roast the highest scoring beans, and we can ship them whole or grind the beans to your brewing desires, if requested. All coffee at Perfect Roasted Coffee is Specialty Coffee Grade in accordance with strict grading of the SCAA, and always above 85. To distinguish between a specialty coffee from other coffees, it is judged and graded by the Specialty Coffee Association of America [SCAA] to score between 85 to 100.

We use USPS priority shipping since it is the most consistent option. With priority, your coffee is usually delivered within 2-3 days across most of the country.
